Sharon Osbourne Breaks Silence on Cheating Scandal
This past weekend it was reported that Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne had split after the former X Factor judge discovered that her husband had been having an affair with a hairdresser.
Ozzy was quick to break his silence to confirm that he hadn’t relapsed into drink or drugsand Sharon pulled out of appearing on her chat show ‘The Talk’ on Monday.
However, the star has now spoken out on the rumors and her daughter, Kelly, has since showcased her support.
"I’ve been avoiding looking at any pictures or reading anything. I know what’s going on. I don’t need to read about or see about it. It’s like putting salt in a wound. I don’t need to, he’s back, and now I’m out of the house.”
Yikes, she might not have said it in so many words but we take that to mean that the rumors are definitely true.
When asked if her marriage was over, Sharon added: “I honestly don’t know. At this point I cannot answer that because I don’t know what I want.
"I just have to say that it’s amazing, the support - and it’s honestly given me the strength to sit here. I’m not going to cry about anything as there’s nothing to cry about.”
Kudos to the star for speaking out so publicly.
Meanwhile Kelly took to her Instagram account to pose with a lemon, captioning the snap with: “Guess who’s turning lemons into #lemonade?”, which fans took as proof that she was on her mother’s side.
A source had previously said of the cheating scandal: “Sharon went ballistic with Ozzy and accused him of having the affair. She said she had suspected something had been going on for some time and now had proof.
"People are wondering whether Sharon went through Ozzy’s phone before accusing him. She has done that before but in the past she was checking if he’d been using drugs. Ozzy was extremely sheepish and admitted being close to Michelle. It is likely Sharon has discovered calls and possibly meetings.”
